Our Products

I need help finding my correct size.

We recommend to choose the size in cm that your kid have. Please see our size chart to help finding your correct size. Remember the measurements are body measurement and not garment specific.

I’m looking for a colour or style, but can’t find it.

All the colours and sizes that are available are shown in the online shop. Please contact hello@onewelike.com if you need more help.

What are the materials used? 

We use organic cotton (GOTS-certified). We will always tell you in the garment description what the material used is. 

Where are the pieces produced? 

We produce all our items in a small family-owned factory in Turkey and Portugal. We make several visit to our factories to make sure the workers are respected, treated well and paid fair wages. It's important to us that they have a good environmental policy and work actively to reduce their impact on our environment. Beside this we have a production person in both Turkey and in Portugal. Our contact makes several visits to the factory during the production process to ensure quality control.

Orders and payments

How do I place an order?

When you have found the items you want to buy, click on add to cart. Once you have finished shopping click on the cart icon in the top right corner and choose checkout. Fill in your contact details and click on proceed. Then choose your payment and delivery method and click continue to next stop. Check that everything is correct and click on complete my purchase. You will then be connected to the Paypal secure site where you fill in your credit card details or log in to you Paypal account.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards. All payments are secure and done though the Paypal platform. 

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import charges and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately we can’t predict what the charges will be. Please contact your local customers office for more information.

Who pays for customs & import charges?

You will have to clear your packages for customs and pay any import charges. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If something is missing from your order please contact us on hello@onewelike.com as soon as possible so we can check what’s gone wrong.

Shipping and delivery

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

How can I find out the cost of delivery?

The shipping cost is always shown on your order. For information on shipping rates to your country, see our Delivery page.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from us within 48 hours on regular working days. If you’re ordering from Sweden your orders will be delivered within 1-2 days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation. International will take a bit longer and will arrive between 3-8 days depending on country. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.
