Handling and Shipping Times

Currently your order will be shipped within two working days. Any changes to handling and shipping times will be shown here.

For Europe we use PostNord Varubrev for our deliveries (or if that is not available for your country we use UPS). For worldwide deliveries we use UPS or Fedex depending which offers the best and quickest service to your country.

For deliveries in Sweden you'll usually receive your packages within 3 days of receiving your shipping notice. For all other countries deliveries should be made within 4-14 days depending on how quick your postal service and customs is.

Shipping Rates

Free worldwide delivery on all orders over 1500 SEK / €150

For Sweden 29:-!
For the rest of Europe the cost is 129 SEK
For the rest of the world the rate is 199 SEK.

Customs & import charges

Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Unclaimed Packages

Please note that a charge of 200 SEK will be made for all unclaimed packages. This is the handling cost for us.  

Returns and Refunds

We at One We Like want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. Our only condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. When returning a package you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. Please clearly state your order number and contact details so we can trace your order accurately.

If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered, we will of course pay for the return postage. Please send us an email on and we will instruct you how to return the packages from there. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving If you paid using a credit card the refund will go onto the same card.

In case of a dispute we will follow Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens recommendations.
